Now, there's a place to be heard with other citizens who have encountered similar poor practices at the same establishments. The CIA, compiles a record of unfavorable, unresolved incidents as experienced by citizens in our CIA Alert report.
CIA Reporting forms are available by email to HomeBIS® members. Once completed, fax form to HomeBIS® for preliminary review and possible investigative next steps.

The CIA was developed for two purposes:

Provide citizens a reporting action when improper business transactions occur for possible review, reporting, resolve or referral for legal representation. When numerous reports have resulted... a CIA Alert is published.

Provide Business Law Schools, Business Law Professors and their appointed team of Business Law Seniors an opportunity to work with actual business client/situations for possible review, investigation or possible legal resolve and recommendations.

Situations are reported on an individual basis and handled confidentially, however, when a trend of incidents appear at one business location... group re-investigation may follow or a CIA Alert is published.
